Types of Pump Clips and Keg Badges
We produce three types of pump clips and keg badges, each type can be customised with various enhancements depending on your budget and your brands requirements. You can select from:
BASIC:
Developed and refined for over 25 years, our basic pump clips and keg badges are a cost effective solution to promoting your brand.
A basic pump clip can be cut to any shape you require (keg badges are supplied as oval or round depending on your specification) and can be supplied on 2mm or 3mm plastic in either black or white. By default, our basic pump clips and keg badges are supplied on 2mm white plastic with a satin print finish.
We currently offer 14 enhancement combinations for our basic pump clips and keg badges, these enhancements include metallics and spot varnishes, as well as other interesting and unique finishes. Please click the button below for more information on our range of enhancements.
PERMANENT - RESIN COATED:
Our permanent (sometimes referred to as resin coated) pump clip and keg badge, is a premium product that was designed to make temporary guest ale pump clips and keg badges feel premium and permanent.
The process involves applying a clear resin to the surface of a basic pump clip or keg badge to produce a 1.5mm (approx.) hard, protective, and attractive high gloss layer that is scratch resistant.
You can also further enhance your permanent pump clips and keg badges by adding a metallic finish.
The resin coated finish gives your brand a truly premium look without the premium price.
PERMANENT - 3MM ARCYLIC:
Our acrylic pump clips have been designed to provide customers with a permanent pump that is cost affective.
Your design is reverse printed, so when viewed, your brand will be seen through a 3mm thick crystal clear surface. Acrylic pump clips can be mounted onto pump handles using either Push-Fix or the more permanent Secure-Fix fixings.
Due to how these clips are produced, there is no limit to shape or size of the clip. We can also take these clips to the next level and give a 3D effect by printing on both the back and the front of the acrylic.
ECO-FRIENDLY:
We have recently introduced eco pump clips and keg badges into our range, allowing customers to recycle their pump clips and keg badges after use. As we become more plastic conscious, the need for a sustainable base material alternative became apparent. This led to an extensive research and development programme to find the correct material that could withstand life on a bar, be FSC certified, and maintain the highest quality print possible. We eventually found a material that met our standards which we call Enviro-Board.
Enviro-Board what is it?
Our eco board has a thickness of 2.2mm and is made of a specialist material that has been developed to be water and moisture resistant. All material is FSC certified giving us the assurance that our eco board is produced from a sustainable source.
As standard, all our eco products come with reverse print which notifies users of its recyclable properties.
It is also possible to have your own information printed on the rear for an additional fee. Some alternative rear-prints have included tasting note information and allergen advise.
TURN AROUND TIMES
Our basic pump clips and keg badges are typically despatched within 2-3 days from the date the order is placed. Enhancements may increase lead times.

ENHANCEMENTS
We have an enhancement for every budget.
Over the years, the number of enhancements we can offer has increased and continues to grow. The number of available options can sometimes be viewed overwhelming, so we have tried to simplify the selection process based on product type (Basic, Permanent, Eco-Friendly), and the style of finish (gloss, matt, etc.).
The standard print finish for basic pump clips and keg badges is best described as satin (sitting between gloss and matt). Permanent pump clips and keg badges are always gloss, and Eco-Friendly are natural matt. The number of enhancements available for each product type varies, however the number of enhancements available for basic pump clips and keg badges is the greatest.

Curved?
We can give basic pump clips a curved finish, making a pump clip appear to wrap around the pump handle. The curved finish can be combined with any basic enhancement.
