Sizes and Styles
Bevel Edge Keg Lens
Our bevel edge keg lenses are 6mm in depth featuring an aesthetically pleasing bevelled edge.
Bevel edge lenses can be produced in round and oval shape.
Round bevel edge lenses are sized at 81.3x81.3mm, and oval are sized at 84.6x63.6mm.
3mm and 6mm Acrylic lenses
The 3mm lens has been produced to bridge the price point between basic and bevel edged lenses. To provide a premium upgrade, 6mm thick is also available.
We are able to use the same print process as the bevel and fisheye lenses and combine this with laser cutting technology. This means we can increase production speed and lower unit cost.
As the lenses are laser cut, they come with a straight cut edge. These lenses are available in round and oval shape; round lenses are sized at 81.3x81.3mm and oval sized 84.6x63.5mm.
Fisheye Keg Lens
Let your brand be seen from any angle with a 20mm depth ‘bulbous’ front.
We offer fisheye lenses in both round and oval shape. Round are sized 81.3x81.3mm and oval are 84.6x63.6mm.
Lens distortion and colour:
Due to lens distortion, we advise not to include any important information within 3mm from the edge. Borders will look thinner and artwork very close to the edge may not be visible.
Gaskets:
We also supply self-adhesive gaskets as an optional extra.
